HOLIDAYS RETURNS INFORMATION 

For orders placed between December 1st and 22nd, we offer an extended return window until the 8th of January, 2025. 

No returns, refunds or exchanges can be processed between Christmas and New Years Eve. Returns, refunds and exchanges will start being processed on January 2nd 2025.

OUR POLICY

We hope you will enjoy your purchase, however, if you change your mind, you can return any unwanted items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. 

All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund/exchange to be processed following receipt of returned goods.

Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Separate orders cannot be combined for returns or exchanges, each order must be processed individually. 

We are unable to process returns or exchanges in store for online orders.

£11.95 for Doorstep collection

BUNDLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (UK)

A full refund is issued only when all items from a bundle are returned. If less than the full amount of items is returned, the discount provided on the order is forfeited and the discount will be deducted from the returned items full sale value prior to the any discount. 

If you request an exchange, you will be able to exchange your item(s) for a different size. However, you cannot exchange for a different item.

BUNDLE RETURNS (REST OF THE WORLD)

A full refund is issued only when all items from a bundle are returned. Partial return of a bundle is not permitted. To receive a full refund, you must return all items purchased as part of the bundle.

Returns instructions:

Using the returns portal is very simple; Simply enter your order number and e-mail address, and you’ll be given the option to return or exchange your items with ease. When you enter your order number, you must enter it with the # symbol.

To begin your return or exchange, follow these steps:

1. Open the Returns Portal
2. Enter your E-mail and Order Number, which you will have received when you placed the original order
3. Select the
item(s) you would like to return
4. Select if you would like to
Return, Exchange or take a Store Credit for each of your items
6. The Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a
virtual gift card that retains value. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches 0
7. Download the
QR code for use in any DHL Service Point
8. Drop it off at your nearest DHL Service Point / Express Depot shown from the portal. Once we receive and verify your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed. If you do not hear from us within the allotted time, please email us at deliveryandreturns@drakes.com
